Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made on www.mummypet.com (the “Site”). MummyPet.com is a brand operated by Brands For Less USA.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Most items may be eligible for return within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the terms below.
1) Return Eligibility (30 Days)
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and inserts.
- Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.
- Any promotional items or gifts included with the purchase must also be returned.
2) Eligible Categories (Pet Niche)
Most Pet Supplies are eligible for return within 30 days, including (where applicable):
- Pet accessories and gear
- Pet toys (unused)
- Pet grooming and care items (unused)
- Other pet supplies (unused and in original packaging)
3) Non‑Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items are generally not returnable:
- Food, treats, supplements, and other perishable goods
- Items that have been opened, used, chewed, worn, washed, installed, or altered
- Gift cards (if applicable)
- Any item marked “Final Sale”
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
4) Resale, Wholesale & Buyer Responsibility Policy
MummyPet.com sells products to both end-use consumers and buyers purchasing for resale, redistribution, dropshipping, or commercial purposes.
All products sold are brand-new, unused, and factory-sealed. We do not sell or ship open-box, used, refurbished, or previously installed items.
By placing an order, the buyer agrees to the following terms:
4.1 Resale Purchases Are Final Sale
Any order identified as resale, wholesale, bulk, commercial, or third‑party delivery is FINAL SALE.
The following reasons do not qualify for returns or refunds:
- Buyer changed their mind
- End customer refused delivery
- Product did not resell
- Pricing or marketplace restrictions
- Opened or disturbed packaging (including by the buyer or end customer)
- End‑customer dissatisfaction
4.2 Buyer Is Fully Responsible for End Customers
When purchasing for resale, the buyer acts as the seller of record to their end customer. The buyer is solely responsible for:
- End‑customer returns, refunds, and exchanges
- Delivery disputes
- Chargebacks
- Product listings and presentation
MummyPet.com / Brands For Less USA has no obligation or liability to the buyer’s end customers.
4.3 Packaging Condition & Product Use Policy (Important)
Products may be inspected for quality control prior to shipment. Opened or disturbed packaging does not automatically indicate a defective product.
Items that are used, installed, altered, or handled after delivery are not eligible for return under any circumstance.
Only objectively defective, non‑functional products may be considered, subject to verification.
4.4 Product Description & Invoice Accuracy
Products are invoiced exactly as sold and shipped. We do not modify product names, brands, SKUs, or descriptions to match buyer resale listings. Invoice edits for bookkeeping purposes do not alter product identity or return eligibility.
4.5 Acceptance of Risk
By completing a resale purchase, the buyer acknowledges acceptance of resale risk and waives claims related to end‑customer issues. Resale purchases are governed by standard wholesale industry practices.
4.6 Abuse Prevention & Verification Rights
We reserve the right to:
- Verify returned items against model and batch records
- Deny returns related to misuse, substitution, or policy manipulation
- Apply restocking fees where applicable
- Restrict accounts engaging in abuse
5) How to Initiate a Return
Step 1 — Contact Us:
Email us within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Step 2 — Prepare Your Package:
Safely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all included components.
Step 3 — Return Shipping:
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
6) Refunds
After we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
7) Exchanges
If you would like an exchange, contact us using the email below. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
